Financial Transactions Management :

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account data.
Document financial transactions, including invoicing, credit management, accounts clearing, and collections.
Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Summarize financial status to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure regular database backups and adherence to internal controls for financial data protection.
Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations.
Ensure timely completion of tax obligations.
Verify payment documentation and request disbursements.
Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations to address procedure inquiries.
Stay updated with national, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Advise management on actions needed to comply with financial regulations.
Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare special reports.
Recommend financial actions based on analysis of accounting options.
Reconcile discrepancies in financial records by identifying and resolving issues.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and protect the company’s financial information.
in-depth knowledge of taxation norms related to GST, imports, exports, etc

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
(Master's degree or professional qualifications such as inter CA or CA preferred).
Experience needed - minimum 2-3 years.
Good Knowldge of Accounting - Tally Software.
